Terms of purchase

Fictional demonstration details. The real business identity and contact details must be confirmed before launch.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Valencia Tickets Demo, S.L. (fictional company), tax ID DEMO — awaiting confirmation. We act as an intermediary selling official tickets issued by each venue or provider through the Tixalia/Experticket platform.

2. Booking process

You choose the experience, date and number of tickets, enter your details and pay. Tickets are held for a few minutes during payment; if the hold expires you will need to start again. The purchase is complete when you receive the order confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. The price is confirmed with the provider at the time of purchase. Payment is made through a secure payment gateway.

4. Ticket delivery

You will receive your tickets by email and can download them from the confirmation page. Show your ticket (on your phone or printed) according to each venue's access conditions.

5. Changes and cancellations

Tickets for leisure activities on a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Changes or cancellations are only accepted when the experience's policy expressly allows them, under the conditions shown on its page.

6. Provider responsibility

The venue or provider is responsible for delivering the service. If an activity is cancelled for reasons attributable to the provider, its refund policy will apply.
